Here it is!! Our first cooking video on location. We would like to show you how simple it is to cook these gorgeous seafood morsels. Ingredients Pipis - approximately 30 (freshly caught is always best) 5 garlic cloves, sliced 1 chilli, de-seeded and sliced White wine, half a cup Chicken stock, 1 cup Good Spanish olive oil Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnishing) 1 lemon cut into wedges Crusty bread for dipping in the gorgeous sauce We hope it inspires you to cook these amazing pipis found on our stunning Queensland beaches.
